Select the appropriate test tube according to the item being examined. Blood injection sequence is culture flask, ordinary test tube, test tube containing solid anticoagulant, test tube containing liquid anticoagulant. Blood distribution order: ① Using glass tube order: blood culture tube, no anticoagulant serum tube, sodium citrate anticoagulant tube, other anticoagulant tube. (2) The order of using plastic tubes: blood culture tube (yellow), sodium citrate anticoagulant tube (blue), serum tube with or without adding blood coagulation activator or gel separation, heparin tube with or without adding gel (green), EDTA anticoagulant tube (purple), and blood glucose inhibitor tube (gray).

2. Blood collection site and position

Infants can take blood from the thumb or the inner and outer edge of the heel according to the method recommended by the World Health Organization, with the head and neck vein or anterior fontanelle vein as the first choice. In adults, the median elbow vein, the back of the hand and the wrist joints were selected without congestion and edema, and the veins of individual patients were on the back of the elbow joint. 3. Strictly check the validity period of the vessel

It must be used within the period of validity, and should not be used when there is foreign body or precipitate in the blood collection tube.

4. Paste the bar code correctly

Print the bar code according to the doctor's advice, and paste it on the front after checking, and the bar code should not cover the scale of the blood collection.

5. Timely submission for inspection

Blood samples should be sent for examination within 2 hours after collection to minimize the influencing factors. Avoid strong light, wind, rain, frost, high temperature, shaking and hemolysis.

6. Storage temperature

The storage temperature of the sampling vessel is 4-25℃. If the storage temperature is 0℃ or below 0℃, the rupture of the sampling vessel may be caused.

7. Protective latex sleeves

The latex sleeve of the needle end of the Pierce plug can prevent the blood from continuing to pollute the surrounding after the removal of the blood test tube, and play the role of sealing the blood collection to prevent the pollution of the environment. It is not recommended to cut the latex sleeve. When collecting blood samples with multiple tubes, the rubber of the blood needle may be damaged. If it is damaged and causes blood overflow, it should be adsorbed first and then disinfected.
